It’s easy to expand your seating area if you have some space! Just ask your event rental company if they have bleachers that can be wheeled into your event site. If not, ask them about using stage decks that can be placed together to form a tiered seating area.
At Rowe Events we have 4×4 and 4×8 deck panels that can be used to create many setup patterns. We would normally start with a row of chairs on the floor and then a set of decks at 8” high with another row of chairs. Add another row of decks behind that at 16” high with another row of chairs and so on.
