How do I choose the linen size I need for a table?

It’s easy to figure out your linen size for a table!

The first important question is do you want your linen to reach the floor?

The second question is do you want a linen or spandex cover?

For linens that do not reach the floor:

  • Measure the width and length of the table
  • Measure the height from the floor to the table
  • Take the width and add the height twice (each side)
  • Take the length and add the height twice (each end)
    • 6’ x 30” standard table needs a 60” x 120” linen
    • 6’ x 18” classroom table needs a 90” x 120” linen
    • 60” round table needs a 108” round linen
    • 72” round table needs a 120” round linen

For linens that reach the floor:

  • Measure the width and length of the table
  • Measure the height from the floor to the table
  • Take the width and add the height twice (each side)
  • Take the length and add the height twice (each end)
    • 6’ x 30” standard table needs a 90” x 132” linen
    • 8’ x 30” standard table needs a 90” x 156” linen
    • 60” round table needs a 120” round linen
    • 72” round table needs a 132” round linen

For spandex covers its a little easier and they are made to fit tables that are of 4′, 6′ and 8′ size.
